Incorporated as a public limited company in the year 1995, Goodwill Impex Limited is in the business of manufacturing women and kids wear. Having been a Government recognized export house for over 10 years now, it has built itself a strong reputation by supplying high quality garments, on time deliveries and great prices. It has grown meteorically to have a daily production capacity of over 3,000 garments and had a turnover of over INR 180 million in 2018.
It has expertise in manufacturing all types of fabrics - cotton, rayon, linen, denim, polyester, satin, georgette, crepe, flax, moss crepe and more. A wide range of colors, prints, laces, embroideries and styles are carefully selected to produce high quality garments to fit the needs of our customers.
CSR forms an important part of the company, having shared its supply chain with GoodWeave India for ensuring transparency and ensuring that no child labor is involved in the process in any sub-contracting unit. It is also a proud member of ROSHNI (Responsible Outsourcing & Hiring Network of India).

The Director of Goodwill Impex Limited is Mr. Vimal Shah & The Creative Director of the Company is Mrs Seema Shah. He started the Company in 1995 as he believed that there was a gap between what the buyers wanted and what was being produced. Soon, brick by brick, he built Goodwill and has, since then, been the driving force behind it.
He strongly believes that a Company will progress when its employees are motivated, buyers are happy, suppliers are content and its values and ethics are strong enough to get it through tough times. He believes in maintaining lasting partnerships with buyers and suppliers.
He does not believe in resting and always strives to reach for the highest. He stays updated with the pulse of the market and keeps interacting with people to understand how he can provide better services to his buyers.
